It’s the forties and she (Fred) is the new kid at Angel Investigations private detective agency. The others kind-of pander to her a lot and she doesn’t like that but she’s all perky and excited about her very first case ever and desperate to do a good job and show everyone what she can do and then *boom* Lilah being pretty much Lilah because tbh you could put her in a noir film and she would just fit *boom* gay feels *boom* Wesley and Gunn looking sad and rejected in trenchcoats when Fred’s all trololol real sorry guys but i’m just not all that interested with Lilah smirking in the background with a cigarette
